🎒 In rhythm with the ECSD Calendar (Grades K–5)
After school kids yoga will include Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, Play, Snacks, Crafts, and more! It is designed to get your kids to move, decompress, have fun, and learn to slow down and become more mindful of their feelings, thoughts, and emotions. These tools are all so valuable for children to learn at a young age and have FUN doing them.

This free program offered at Mountain Youth has been adapted for the Eagle County community from Active Parenting of Teens, an evidence-based program designed to help families survive and thrive. It focuses on active communication, parenting styles, logical consequences, mutual respect, and more. Register Here
