This free program offered at Mountain Youth has been adapted for the Eagle County community from Active Parenting of Teens, an evidence-based program designed to help families survive and thrive. It focuses on active communication, parenting styles, logical consequences, mutual respect, and more. Register Here

MINDFUL MOVEMENT STORYTIME AT THE BOOKWORM IN EDWARDS, CO

Get your little ones moving and join us for the Summer installment of our seasonal mindfulness movement storytime series with local yoga teacher, Rachel Glowacki that brings literacy to life through yoga shapes, breath exercises and mindfulness practices!

KIDS YOGA SUMMER CAMP IN JULY! 7/15-7/19

Join Rachel & Alana for one week of afternoon Kids Yoga Summer Camp in July!

​

This kids yoga camp will take place M-F 1:30-4:30PM.

The camp will include Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, Play, Snacks, Crafts, and more! It is designed to get your kids to move, decompress, have fun, and learn to slow down and become more mindful of their feelings, thoughts, and emotions. These tools are all so valuable for children to learn at a young age and have FUN doing them.
